CINELLI WYSIWIG REVIEW
The Cinelli WYSIWIG is the latest bike to come from the stable that has produced many great bikes. Out back are short, tight-clearance stays, with the seat tube flowing smoothly around the rear wheel's leading edge. The vertical seatmast is adjustable for both height and angle, with a clever three-position clamp that alters the effective seat tube angle between 74, 76 and 78 degrees.
For a dedicated time trial bike, Cinelli’s claims of a 1,135g frame and 435g fork are impressively light. The WYSIWYG is available in this colourway only, named Italo ‘79. The tricolour logo graphics ape Cinelli’s ‘C’ logo of that era. The bike will be available complete as seen here, with Shimano Ultegra and custom painted WH-RS80-C50 carbon clinchers.
It'll also be available as a module of frame, fork, Cinelli Vai stem, Prologo TT saddle (with custom Cinelli graphics) and the new Cinelli/Mash bullhorn bar and clip-on extensions. Prices have yet to be confirmed.
